Fun toy easy to play with July 3, 2010

This is a nice toy which you can play with even a young baby. We don't know the characters from the show but my son saw it on an advert and thought our 7 month old baby might like it as it plays peekaboo. She loves it!!! You squeeze the tummy and the ears flop down and it says one or two different phrases and plays a nice little tune. The baby will not be able to activate it until I would think about age 2y. It is good fun though and looks nice and is fun to play with the baby.

I purchased the above item and when given as a 1st birthday present for my neice the toy was defective and didn't work. The service I got from amazon customer service when contacting them regards this was excellent. They e-mailed myself very promptly and sent a 2nd toy as a replacement. However this toy was also defective and didn't work!!! What are the chances I couldn't believe it. Yet again I contacted amazon customer services and the were brilliant. They organised the return of both broken toys to be sent back and promised to look into the matter.
So I am without said toy for my neice even though people may say 3rd time lucky!!!! But I cannot fault the after sales support and would rate that 5 stars!!!
It hasn't put me off shopping on the amazon website it just happened that on this particular occassion it let me down.

Really good toy my 2 year old daughter loves her. She talks to her, tries to feed her, makes her watch telly, she even takes her to bed and switches her off at bedtime. Very durable a good variety of sayings which do come out at random so it doesn't seem too repetative. Has an on/off switch too. Good Buy!

This toy is great, my 2year old daughter loves it. Good value. Only problem is when it gets dirty I cannot just put it in washing machine
