Customer Reviews: Great funFebruary 16, 2010 R. Chamberlain My 2 1/2 year was given this game for christmas and we play it constantly. She the loves the brightly coloured dinosaurs. She had been struggling with sharing anything but threw playing the game has discovered sharing and taking turns can be fun. She likes both games but the shape game is the favourite. I think the age 3-6 might be a bit young as is more appropriate to the young end of this age range.

We bought this for our children (nearly 4 and 2) as a simple board game. The game takes an ideal length of time to maintain our son's interest (2) and is great to get all the family playing together before bed time. I'm not sure how long it will entertain our daughter who is nearly 4 but it is great to have something that all the family can enjoy: snakes and ladders didn;t hold our son's attention well enough and with a little board of his own he is not upsetting the other players by moving his pieces around. Another Orchard Toys winner in this house.

I bought this present for my nearly three year old Goddaughter and she LOVES it, to the point of wanting to play it ALL the time! It is an ideal introduction into competitive dice games. There are two different versions - shapes and colours, and my Goddaughter has now impressed the nursery staff with her shape knowledge: including recognising a semi-circle and a diamond. My Goddaughter's mother says she thinks it is such a great game she is going to buy it for all her daughter's friends.

My little boy got an Orchard Toy game for his birthday so I put this on his Christmas Wish List as I had been impressed with the first. This certainly did not disappoint. It's a simple game and is a good introduction to board games, taking turns etc. My little boy is 3 and he is happy to play it again and again. It's also 2 games in one as you can play dots or shapes! Would recommend to others as a 'first' board game.
